This is all achievable and I am here to help you figure out how to make it happen in way that can easily fit in to your already busy life.  

I want to be clear - this doesn't mean giving up all of your favourite things, or eating boring salads every day.  There will be no fad diets to follow, no complicated recipes, no guilt, no deprivation.  Think easy, simple and realistic changes that will help you build a framework of healthy habits that you can stick to for good.
